One-on-one personal training at the Main Street Gym is much more affordable than you might think. New members are entitled to one free training session. After this first session, you can buy additional training (which can be held in the gym or in your home) at rates that are among the lowest in the Lehigh Valley. (Discounts are applied to purchases of 10 or more sessions.) Designed by our senior trainer, who holds an active certification with the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), your program is tailored to help you meet your specific goals and to keep you motivated while you embark on your new fitness program.
